Plain Glazed, Chocolate Frosted and Sprinkled Donuts were found to contain sugar and carbohydrates, both are known common ingredients that cause exercise deficient people to gain weight. Testing done by a Polynesian Ketobased nonprofit that says it wants to hold corporations accountable has reportedly shown high levels of a fat causing ingredients in donuts. These ingredients are classified as a “probable buttock enlargement agents” by the World Health Organization in 2010, though there are large corporations fighting that label, because of course they are, that’s what they do. This has now been published on the internet and shared on social media, validation that it must be true. - That Guy

Society in its present state has an excess of "Experts". Ready access to information or misinformation has created a constant flow of fame and prestige for those that actively post about what they are doing, where they are doing it, why they are doing it and who they are doing it with. Vlogs and Live Streaming Video have provided access to distribute information from anyone to anyone else that may or may not want to see it.
I constantly see posts about super pills or supplements that are guaranteed to cleanse, reprogram and rebuild your body. They can make you lose weight, gain weight, grow hair and remain eternally young by eradicating “free radicals” and “toxins”. What I have yet to see is a licensed nutritionist, medical doctor or geneticist validate any of these claims. Vanity has paired up with media to cure us all. People turn to social media to inquire with the social populous for advice, direction and recommendations. And, EVERYONE on social media has an opinion that is important and must be heard. More than likely you will wind up with a hack job for photography, logo design or website creation. But, it will be from someone that is trying very hard and deserves a break. Or do they. Maybe if they were to actively pursue proper training and experience they could learn how to be better in their chosen field. Rather than being the victim of a “mean client” they should put forth the effort to be better at what they do. This can be said about anything that we experience in life. Quit complaining and start doing. Work harder at working smarter and you would be amazed at what the results can be. Now realize, I just said CAN be not WILL be. Nothing is a guarantee, except death and taxes. A retired Rear Admiral gave some of the best advice I have ever heard regarding “Experts”. He stated that in your 20’s you need to start finding what you want to do with your career and life, try several things and start your journey. In your 30’s, continue your learning and experience and work to become the best in your field that you can be. In your 40’s, it is up to you to lead your field and be the expert that you have become with your dedication and hard work. In your 50’s, develop those that are just beginning their careers and mentor them so that you are able to pass along what you have learned to the next generation so that they can build upon it and advance with it. Then retire and enjoy the success you have created and those that you have created it with. - SK "In 2018, a crack commando unit of Strategy, PR and Marketing Experts was formed to bring Truth, Justice and the American Way back to the world of Marketing, Advertising and Strategic Consulting. This group promptly escaped from the shackles of industry limitations from an underground compound somewhere behind the Pine Curtain. Today, still wanted by the most brilliant of business owners, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them....maybe you can hire That Guy."
